Hello everyone, I am sharing a story today in hopes that some of you may be able to help a poor kitten in need and that you will share this story as much as you can, too!
“I adopted Bebo when he was about 2 months old. About three weeks later, as I was playing with him, I suddenly realized he wasn’t following his toy as I waved it in front of him. He also began bumping into walls and stopped running around the house the way kittens do. I quickly made an appointment with the vet and they confirmed that he was born with a rare case of cataracts. They said he could be cured with surgery once he is 10 months old, but in order to fix both eyes it would cost approximately $5,000. As I am a student, have a part-time job, and pay for all my cat’s expenses, this surgery seems an impossibility and out of the question. Yet I can’t help but feel heartbroken at the idea that he will never be able to see again. I would love to give him the opportunity to be able to see. I sincerely appreciate any donations made. It would mean the world to Bebo and me. “
