This is THE sweetest story I’ve ever heard in my life. Literally, it’s even sweeter than the Christian the Lion story with the two guys who raised the lion and released it into the wild after years of being with it and bonding, and they came back years later to find him and they have this amazingly beautiful reunion where the lion runs and jumps into their arms and starts rubbing his head all over them and hugging them…. This is sweeter. I know it doesn’t seem possible, but it is, at least in my opinion. I really can’t understand how so many morons think that animals are stupid and can’t feel, here’s another damn example out of millions that proves that theory wrong!
Sp I know this is quite old, but for any of you who haven’t seen this or heard about it, it’s very sweet and it’s about the hippo that these people basically have as a member of their family. Pretty damn cute. It can go anytime if it wants, but it just always comes back to be with them. Now that’s just too damn sweet. Did you know that hippos kill more humans than any other mammal in South Africa (or just Africa, I can’t remember which)? Interesting info. Also, they can live to be about 50, if in captivity, otherwise usually live about 30-45 years in the wild.
https://www.facebook.com/pan2003 Adopt a pet and remember to spay and neuter the ones you have. There are MANY clinics who have free events/days on their calendar when they do it for free or ridiculously cheap. Find out when the next one is and where and go get it done! You may not have an animal that can get pregnant, but if you have a pet that isn’t neutered, they can go and impregnate stray animals or other not-spayed pets, and then there will be more unwanted babies and it’s extremely hard to find people who want them or can afford to take care of them! Do your part please, do your part.
These stories are just so incredibly good. I just don’t like the title of the article, as I believe that the notion of “souls” is the same as the notion of “ghosts”. Other than that, this was an incredibly touching read, and I HIGHLY recommend it. It truly shows some great examples of how animals can feel, have emotions and are intelligent. Grab some tissues, seriously, it will make your heart ache a bit. It’s missing a few other great stories, but it includes some of the best ones for sure. Everyone knows about Christian the lion of course though. If you haven’t, you should really go look it up on youtube and watch the video, it’s SO heart warming and touching.
